How do I return an item?
You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
For your safety, LuvMyUndies adheres to all Health Code Regulations. By law, all items with a crotch lining cannot be returned once they have been worn. We suggest you try on any unpackaged items with crotch linings over your own underwear. Bras may be tried on as long as all tags are kept intact and they are free of any signs of wear.
It's a good idea to make sure the items will not be in contact with any odors: perfumes, smoking, pets, etc.
We do have to check each item carefully that is returned and if there is any sign of use or wear, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.
RETURNS PROCESSING
We will process your return/exchange within one week from the day the item is received at our warehouse. Your payment will be refunded via your original payment method.
Sometimes we have final sales and these items cannot be returned (unless defective or the wrong item is shipped). But don't worry, we'll let you know if an item is Final Sale before you purchase it.
RESTOCKING & SHIPPING FEES
There is no restocking fee for returns. BUT, if your item was shipped with free shipping we will deduct the actual postage from the return. If you are returning an item because it is defective or the wrong item is shipped, you will receive a full refund plus we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the item back.
Just a little note: if the Undie doesn't look good on you, or doesn't fit, or the shaper doesn't make you look like a supermodel - that's not a defective item!
